We commenced working with Melbourne’s leading cosmetic dental practice in June of 2018. Prior to working with ProAMS, Dental Boutique had employed someone approximately 3 days per week to manage their business accounts and payroll. With a vision to growing their practice and moving to a new, larger premises, they decided they needed to take a more professional approach to the management of their bookkeeping, payroll and most importantly financial reporting.

We’ve implemented a number of different software tools to help streamline their processes and improve financial controls. As part of our Virtual CFO service we provide a monthly financial report and importantly KPI’s around dentists/room utilisation.
