So why is it that in so many businesses the person serving you needs to put your order through the POS and then put the payment amount through their EFTPOS separately?

- Your staff are wasting their time entering the same information twice into two different systems. Staff utilisation is very important especially in the hospitality industry.

If your POS isn’t currently integrated with your EFTPOS then speak to your POS provider to see who they do integrate with. If your POS doesn’t integrate with any EFTPOS then it’s time to upgrade your POS.
